Privacy Policy — Gold Shop / ရွှေဆိုင်

Gold Shop / ရွှေဆိုင် is an internal point-of-sale application used by the staff of Infinity Gold to manage the shop's inventory, sales, and customers. It is not intended for the general public.

Data the app collects

• Staff account data — username and login session token, used only to authenticate staff with the shop's own server.
• Business records — inventory items, transactions, and customer contact details (name, phone) entered by staff. These are stored on Infinity Gold's own server (gold.infinity.appboxes.co) and are used solely to operate the shop.
• Crash reports — if the app crashes, a technical report (device model, Android version, error details) may be sent to the shop's own server to fix problems. It contains no personal data.

Data the app does NOT collect

• No advertising identifiers, no analytics trackers, no location data.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties. All data stays on Infinity Gold's own server.

Permissions

• Camera — scanning product QR tags and photographing inventory items. Images are uploaded only to the shop's own server.
• Bluetooth — connecting to the shop's label printer.

Data retention & deletion

Business records are retained as required for the shop's bookkeeping. Customers may request correction or deletion of their contact details by contacting the shop. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data (session, settings, verification history) from the device.
